What to expect when you plan?
- PLEASE BOOK YOUR PARTIES AT LEAST TWO WEEKS IN ADVANCE.
- ADDITIONAL FEES APPLY FOR EXTRA CHILDREN.
- Outside food, cake, and non-alcoholic beverages are permitted. Alcohol is strictly prohibited. Guests should bring all necessary plates, napkins, utensils, tablecloths, candles, a lighter, a cake cutter and serving utensils. A 52-quart cooler is included. Families using it should bring two 16-pound bags of ice.
- Food and beverages are not permitted in the gym.
- Children must wear grip socks. One pair of WRTS grip socks is included for every participating child. Adults must wear socks while on the gym floor. Socks are available to purchase at the front desk. No shoes are permitted on the gym floor.
- NO GUM, GLITTER OR CONFETTI ALLOWED IN THE BUILDING.
- Balloon drops and bubble machines may be added during online booking. Please email us to inquire about additional time or other add-on requests.
- Decorations are permitted only in the designated party area. They may not be placed in the gym. Tape, nails, tacks or anything that creates holes or damages the walls may not be used. Freestanding decorations and balloon arches are permitted.
Birthday Party Packages Pricing
*All parties require a minimum reservation time of 2 hours. $200 non-refundable deposit required upon booking.

*Booking: Birthday parties must be booked online. For questions or special requests, please email info@werockthespectrumbocaraton.com. Management is very responsive by email.
*Gratuity: A minimum 15% gratuity is required and will be added to the party booking.
*Guest Count Policy: Every child attending counts toward the guest total, regardless of age, membership status, relationship to the purchaser, arrival time, length of attendance or whether the child participates on the gym floor. The birthday child is complimentary and does not count toward the guest total. The maximum capacity of 30 child guests, plus the birthday child, cannot be exceeded. Staff members cannot authorize exceptions.
Party Schedule
- The first 75 minutes are reserved for play in the gym.
- The final 45 minutes are reserved for food, cake and celebrating in the party room.
- Once guests enter the party room for food and cake, the gym closes.
- The party must fully vacate the facility within 10 minutes of the scheduled end time.
Rock Star Party Package
$699
- 2 hour private party
- Includes up to 15 child guests, plus the birthday child
- The birthday child is complimentary and does not count toward the guest total
- Additional child guests are $25 each
- Absolute maximum of 30 child guests, plus the birthday child
- Private use of the entire facility, including the gym, party room, zip line and available equipment
- Two dedicated party staff members
- A 30-minute setup window immediately before the party
- One pair of WRTS grip socks for every participating child
- Children’s tables and chairs
- Use of one 52-quart cooler
- Staff assistance with check-in, setup, serving food and cake, party flow and cleanup
Rock Star Deluxe Party Package
$799
- 2 hour private party
- Includes up to 30 child guests, plus the birthday child
- The birthday child is complimentary and does not count toward the guest total
- Absolute maximum of 30 child guests, plus the birthday child
- Private use of the entire facility, including the gym, party room, zip line and available equipment
- Two dedicated party staff members
- A 30-minute setup window immediately before the party
- One pair of WRTS grip socks for every participating child
- Children’s tables and chairs
- Use of one 52-quart cooler
