About Us

Kate and Mike Paradise are proud Boca Raton residents and are excited to serve families at We Rock the Spectrum Boca Raton’s East and West locations.

Kate has dedicated her career to supporting children with diverse needs. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Communication Disorders and a master’s degree in Special Education, specializing in students with severe disabilities. As an autism cluster classroom teacher and Special Education Coordinator, she partnered with families, teachers, and service providers to help children reach their full potential.

Through these experiences, Kate learned that families of neurodivergent children were often searching for more than educational support. They were looking for guidance, meaningful connections, and places where their children felt genuinely welcomed, included, and celebrated. That realization continues to shape her vision for We Rock the Spectrum today.

Owning We Rock the Spectrum brought together Kate’s passion for supporting children and families, Mike’s business expertise, and their shared commitment to giving back to their community.

Together, Kate and Mike hope families think of We Rock the Spectrum as more than a place to play. They envision a place where families find support, children build confidence, friendships flourish, and everyone feels they belong. Through inclusive classes, camps, birthday celebrations, special events, and meaningful partnerships with organizations that share their mission, they strive to create opportunities for connection while serving as a trusted partner for families.

Their hope is simple: every family that walks through the doors leaves knowing they have someone in their corner.
